Blue Green counter deck

Does anyone know of a good competitive blue green deck, mostly counter based, involving cards like guilder bairn, experimental kraj, master biomancer, etc I would also want it to be really land rampy with things like explore and other cards to let me get lots of mana out early.

Depends the format, Vorel or Ezuri wouldnt be bad either.
