What is the goal, aka archetype you are aiming for. I am seeing dragon tribal, counter burn, and general control. When asking for deck help it is helpful if you provide what you are trying to do with the deck.

Personally I like niv-mizzet leading a counter burn or a control deck because his ability keeps you stocked up on counter spells.

Although he might make a decent dragon tribal leader. After you have the archetype set we can start working on cutting cards and adding other ones to help.

Do you dislike the people you are playing with? If so then add in  {Curiosity} and a few shuffle effects.
