But for shits and giggles here's what I'd do

If you're targeting top, draw put top on top of library
If you're targeting balance, hope I have Venser to return decay to your hand and hope you not have two extra mana

This is the list Joe Lossett plays and from what I hear he is basically the best Miracles player around so there has to be a good reasoning for it to be in the list. Takes care of Emmy, Lands lists, abrupt decay. I mean he serves his purpose pretty well I think
