My Precious vs Needed

Wondering what My Precious is all about? And how does Needed work? Well these features are a lot more crucial than you may realise...

My Precious is not necessarily just for your most favourite, most valuable cards! In the best case scenario, My Precious is where you upload your entire collection. There are some of us iMtG users who have have our entire collection catalogued in My Precious.
It may be time consuming, but there are benefits to doing this. If you go to Deck Settings (after pressing Edit) when creating a deck, you will see three switches. Turning the My Precious switch on will enable all searches for that deck to come from your own collection only, leaving out the cards you don't actually own.
Once you have made your deck and you have cards in there that you haven't added into My Precious yet, you will find a lovely little button at the bottom called Add Missing To My Precious, click that and all the cards you haven't logged yet will be added to My Precious.
Also, when looking at a card's page in the Database, you'll find a set of numbered options at the bottom. The more numbers you press on the My Precious option is how many of that card will appear in your My Precious collection. Simple!

Needed is rather self explanatory, it is a place for all the cards you want for your decks or to make up a collection. The main and most easiest way to add to the Needed section once you have made a deck. If you have a card/s in the deck list that you don't own yet (i.e. haven't logged in My Precious in other words), click the button at the bottom of the Deck's page called Add Missing To Needed and hey presto, there they are in your needed section.
Alternatively, when looking at a card's page in the Database, you'll find a set of options at the bottom. The more numbers you press on the Needed option is how many of that card will appear in your Needed collection.
The Needed section's purpose is not just for you to know what you want, but also for people looking to trade with you to know what they could exchange.
