Wanna experiment

so I decided I want to dabble with altering some cards. I'm not new to drawing so I'll be ok in the art department but what I need to know is what do you guys use for pens to actually draw on the cards? What have you found that works the best? Any tips I should know or anything I should not do?

I use decocolor xfine pigments. Personally though, acrylic is where you want to be.
