Just built a {Thraximundar} deck. Found more combos.

{Rooftop Storm} or {Omniscience} + {Grimgrin, Corpse-Born} or {Carrion Feeder} + {Gravecrawler} = infinite +1/+1 counters on your sac outlet.

{Rooftop Storm} or {Omniscience} + {Haakon, Stromgald Scourge} + {Ashes of the Fallen} declaring Knight + {Fleshbag Marauder} or a self-sacking Zombie + {Thraximundar} = infinite +1/+1 counters on Thrax.

Add {Thraximundar} to your first combo and he gets +1/+1 counters as well.

Make your daring apprentice immortal, with gift of immortality, and the fervor so she can use her ability each time she comes back
