{Rooftop Storm} or {Omniscience} + {Grimgrin, Corpse-Born} or {Carrion Feeder} + {Gravecrawler} = infinite +1/+1 counters on your sac outlet.

{Rooftop Storm} or {Omniscience} + {Haakon, Stromgald Scourge} + {Ashes of the Fallen} declaring Knight + {Fleshbag Marauder} or a self-sacking Zombie + {Thraximundar} = infinite +1/+1 counters on Thrax.
