Yeah i would start process right now, it will take some time for eBay to resolve it.

I bought a bayou and the guy took forever to send me it and then it was a pendelhaven! So I had to hit up eBay and let them know he sent a fake back, they had me send it back to him and once it arrived back, I got the refund.

It took forever because I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt. If it arrives you can cancel the claim

Raise your hand if you would buy a foil {Tarmogoyf} playset for $1k.  Cuz I kinda could not help myself.....

pretty sure this dude is trying to rip me off.  He still has not posted tracking.  I messaged him a few times and he finally replied with a sob story stating he is a store owner in texas and the floods have shut down his post office and what not.  I have 2 more days and then I can go through ebay resolution center to get my coin back.

ok so the latest is the guy posted tracking on the day it showed in ebay as supposed to be arriving which was June 2nd.  I checked the tracking which starts with a "1Z" and that is UPS tracking.  Well the number is not long enough and I cannot track the package.  I messaged the guy right away asking what is up with the tracking and he just responded today......2 days later.  He says a guy at his store sent it out and he will check with him about the tracking.  The guy then said because of all the trouble he added 2 leyline and a foil mox opal.

If he really added all that then this hassle has been worth while cuz $250 foil goyf is a deal in it's own.  It still all sounds very fishy and at least I have it all documented through ebay and should have no issue getting my money back if I have to go through the resolution center.
