It's only certain vendors and I picked a vendor who qualified.  He had 4 of the card I wanted but then when I tried to upgrade my card it said I had to drop my count from 4 to 2 on that vendor.

And no one bought the other 2 while I was checking out.  I'm not sure what that was all about.

I encountered this same issue. So pretty much, TCG only has a certain number in stock, but they still show the total amount their qualified seller has. Seller has 4 {Tundra}, TCG only has 1, only 1 can qualify for Direct. It's pretty dumb and obviously is an issue that should be corrected. Maybe a note next of the card showing how much TCG has available for purchase in contrast? Idk.

Ah that makes since. Happened to me also. Direct didn't have 9 of the cards I needed for my pauper sliver deck, so I had to find another seller. Never knew how hard it was to find commons...

They tend to Jack up the price on "worthless" cards because you're not finding them anywhere else..

also got {silvergill adepts} and all but one {cursecatcher} (so close)!!

At the GP today I traded most of my standard items I didn't use, had my eye on a judge foil bitter blossom promo...
Pulled $200 in credit, then before I bought 2 judge promos, I asked for a tarm, no go, then a guy behind me sold off a playset for 540. I got one for 150! Future sight!

Also nabbed Jace m15 foil, creeping tar pit, llanowar waste, temple of malady and a playset of hornet nests.


Also in my ten "free" packs for VIP Regis I pulled a butcher and for the first time ever, a planeswalker! Sorin!

Got a lot of artist signatures and had Steve alter two {Liliana of the Veil}. One as Moneekah and one as princess Zelda.

I know the feel =] I just finished my Arcum deck. Recently acquired a {Blinkmoth Nexus} to seal the deal. On another note, also picked up a {Mirri's Guile}, {Emerald Medallion}, foil {Buried Ruin}, foil {Phyrexia's Core} and a foil {Guardian Idol} =]
