When a set is released ask your lgs for a foreign box....
I only buy boxes of Russian/Japanese now
Probably pay 110-120 per box

Does the LGS have to be a certain level to get foreign, or can they just ask for it when they order their boxes from hasbo/WotC?

So I have complete sets of following:


Italian Morningtide
Japanese BNG (all promos and tokens also)
Russian JOU (short about 5 cards for whole set)

My thinking is this: a complete foreign set will be worth more than a complete English set

I will also have the chance at pulling a mythic foil that will be worth much more.

Traded in most of my binder for store credit. The guy offered $200, but because he knew me and we had always helped him out in the past, he went up to $250 with the conditon that I spend at least $50 then (so no one would look through the records and ask him about it). Long story short, I have a {Force of Will} and $154 credit! Going back in a few weeks when he can sell Khans and prices have settled to get {Mutavault}s, fetches and some try to complete my Pod deck.

I swung into a shop on te way home and........ The owner had prerelease boxs for 20$ so I picked up 2.

Managed to find a seller with {despise} promos (tcgplayer got bought out completely) for 3.40 each, they were a buck each before khans 😭
