On average how long do these take to ship? It's been 15 days so far.

It took about 2-3 weeks for me.

So should be within the next 5 days?

I had a long ship last time, took maybe 7 weeks, was starting to get worried but it did end up showing up.  Just be patient, all I can say.

I have send it as recommended letter it should be there already I checked the delivery times in post office and it says 7-11 business...

According to my post office, international tracking is non-existent...

I have sent it with tracking but I could see tracking only when it was in Norway and after it left Norway it is not tracked anymore.

Truffle if it will not come up til wednesday I will either return you the credit or I will make new ones...

It should come. Mine took forever but it came. Norway and America apparently dont like to swap mail with each other quickly.
