You'd be looking at $440. Unless he decides to give a discount for a large order.  $7 per proxy, plus some for sleeves and shipping.

I'd advise to just buy the cards.

I'm pretty sure if it's 10 or more it'll only cost 5$ a piece.

It would be about 250. Which is about how much a full deck would cost at most it would be about 280

I don't need the swamps those I will probably have as zendikar full arts, which puts it to 49*5 2which equals 245 plus sleeves which if he get Dragon shields in black(hint) than the would be about 250 and shipping would be 5-10 plus additional fees would equal to about 250-270
