In modern, {phyrexian unlife} is favored, yet Emperion could work too.

There's  {platinum angel} or {lich}. That last one is risky though.

Now try that again with deathtouch or infect...

Infect won't really matter
But death touch would = {1}{G}{G}: Destroy all creatures with Flying that don't have protection from green.

Infect could matter. If you look at the rules ( {Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon}'s last rule for reference) any damage, not just combat damage, can apply infect.

{Tree of perdition} and {sorcerer queen} are no a combo but a very strong repeatable  interaction.

The tree becomes a 0/2
Swap life totals with tree
Tree is a 0/(life total) and enemy has 2 life

This also works with  {Serendib Sorcerer}
