but its not a combo because you cant just cast and monstrous {colossus of akros} without some kind of help.  {mayael's aria} doesn't do anything to help you get to monstrous, its just synergistic with the colossus once its monstrous.

i honestly wasn't trying to put their idea down. i just really think this forum would be better served if people considered whether the cards their are using actually form a combo, or if their just synergistic. combo's don't have to be infinite. like {wasteland} and {crucible of worlds} is obviously not infinite but its still a combo.  people would be more inclined to use the combo corner if the combos were actually combos instead of just random cards that happen to interact.

I put colossus plus aria because I see them working well together. Mainly because you get the 5 and 10 trigger from aria for not a lot of work. But yes theres also the monstrous. Sure they're not the best cards you can pair together. But an 11/11 indestructible and 10 life sounds good to me. And isn't difficult to make it happen.

yea 8+10 mana isn't difficult to make. is this vintage?

Should enter into infinite combat phases.
Nvm looked up the ruling for splinter twin doesn't work the way I thought it did
