No that combo works. Deathtouch counts any damage dealt by the creature.

You can do something similar in standard kinda. {Thorncaster Sliver} + {Bow of Nylea}. That's one of those "when I run out of other things to toy with for FNM I'm so going to do this" lol

Yup. Run mono green + {Craterhoof behemoth} so it's a 3 card combo :/
But basically you can use something that puts every creature in your deck on the field. And it's stupid.

Incorrect.

{Teferi's Puzzle Box} triggers before you actually draw a card during your draw step. So what would happen is you shuffle your existing hand in, then draw that many cards,then draw your card for your draw step.

{Notion Thief} would then replace all the card draw except the first one that you drew with {Teferi's Puzzle Box}, since it is the first card drawn during the draw step.
