Why is {oath of nissa} 5 while all the others are less than 1?
Also {goblin dark dwellers} is five but I don't know why

1 mana green cantrip in a format where 1 mana dorks aren't legal. As well is its nifty passive. It appears solid all the way around.

Goblin enables a lot of shenanigans. In standard, you can recur a pump spell onto Zada T5. In eternal formats, it can enable nasty suspend tricks. (Cast a suspend-only spell without suspending it for 5 CMC.)

Also happens to recur basically anything Modern Jund would run.  Abrupt Decay, Blightning, Bolt, Maelstrom Pulse...

Top deck manipulation (scry for example) makes sure you'll always have shaper replace itself. You could even use a sac outlet to profitably cheat a nasty 3 CMC thing on the field. At instant speed. (Cough -{tharmagoyf}-cough).

Pauper is picking up popularity in paper. Chainer's Edict was a common in Vintage Masters, so it's legal.

That's weird, because I've been playing Pauper Magic way before MTGO was even created...
