Why is {oath of nissa} 5 while all the others are less than 1?
Also {goblin dark dwellers} is five but I don't know why

1 mana green cantrip in a format where 1 mana dorks aren't legal. As well is its nifty passive. It appears solid all the way around.
Goblin enables a lot of shenanigans. In standard, you can recur a pump spell onto Zada T5. In eternal formats, it can enable nasty suspend tricks. (Cast a suspend-only spell without suspending it for 5 CMC.)

Also happens to recur basically anything Modern Jund would run.  Abrupt Decay, Blightning, Bolt, Maelstrom Pulse...

{Matter Reshaper} still at 5. Can someone explain why?

Top deck manipulation (scry for example) makes sure you'll always have shaper replace itself. You could even use a sac outlet to profitably cheat a nasty 3 CMC thing on the field. At instant speed. (Cough -{tharmagoyf}-cough).

And worst case scenario, it still gives you an extra card at the minimum.

Which deck was that in? Planechase I mean.

It was in the 2009 release run in the deck Zombie Empire

Something happened to {chainer's edict} especially the FTV foil and the FNM foil (out of stock). Can anyone explain this one? I saw it ticking up but dunno where it's played.

I got 5 of them Torment. 4 in an old Type 2 deck and 1 in the block set

Pauper is picking up popularity in paper. Chainer's Edict was a common in Vintage Masters, so it's legal.

Maybe for online, yes. But not for paper, since it was never released as a common in paper. Unless they've changed that rule also

Pauper traditionally goes with MTGO rarities to dictate which cards are legal because Pauper was created on MTGO. Also, players like being able to play the same decks in paper as they do online.

90% of the time  {Diabolic Edict} seems like a better card to me.

That's weird, because I've been playing Pauper Magic way before MTGO was even created...
But I digress
