What's rule 4? In 1v1 commander it can out your opponent. Even easier with the new color rule.

In commander, Rule 4 was the rule that caused mana of a color not in your commander's identity to become colorless.
Now that that limitation is lifted, a player running Triplets can actually cast {R} or {G} cards.

The point is to keep a player who is running a Boros Commander from tapping a Mardu Land for the {B} and using the Rule 4 to instead count that as <> for summoning an Eldrazi like {Kozilek, Great Distortion}

A person running a Boros commander wouldn't be able to run a Mardu Land regardless. Lands maybe colorless, but they do have a color identity.

1 mana green cantrip in a format where 1 mana dorks aren't legal. As well is its nifty passive. It appears solid all the way around.

Goblin enables a lot of shenanigans. In standard, you can recur a pump spell onto Zada T5. In eternal formats, it can enable nasty suspend tricks. (Cast a suspend-only spell without suspending it for 5 CMC.)
