I can see BTL being valuable post PT but it's doubtful Gerry T (top 8ed with BTL Toolbox) even said that he wouldn't play it in the PT but who knows it could be a great deck

have to splash the 2 colors rhino ISNT just so you can go fetch the rhino??

To be fair, all of this is basically jace. Playing 4 boosts the cost of your deck by a couple hundred bucks.

Still though,  you can get into modern for that price...  Jace probably tanks to $25? When he leaves standard then slowly rises like lotv

Only if he sees decent amounts of play in Modern or Legacy. Right now, I believe he's only a fringe card in Modern. More people are trying him out, but if he doesn't turn out to be good enough, then he probably drops to $10ish post-rotation (I'm being pretty generous with the casual tax here) and doesn't climb back up afterward.

I'm not sure if he's any good in Delver. I think I'd rather spend two mana on a Pyromancer or a Tasigur (delved for 4, of course) or a Goyf or a Snapcaster or some other efficient threat. Jace does nothing when he comes down, then loots and maybe flashes back a spell. That seems fairly low-impact for a tempo deck.

By the way, I noticed recently that foils for {Teferi's Response} have jumped to $16. Thank Noyan Dar for that.
