Why is  {Lore Seeker} Foil worth so much?

He is seeing a lot of play in peoples cubes. A lot of people enjoy the way adding in a new 15 card pack changes the draft, especially when that extra pack is specifically made for certan archetypes or to counter a specific archetype. It makes it interesting. Also, that set was not opened excessively so there are not a exuberant amount of foils going around. Less supply makes for higher card prices.
