If I remember correctly, it's because the Xth Ed Foil doesn't have any reminder text. It just says "End the Turn".

MM1 is the best, and the worst comparison for this set. MM2 is gonna have a much higher print run than MM1.

Great points. I'd like to point out that the Magic Movie (especially if it is good) could also bring a huge influx. After Modern Masters 2 and Zendikar could be the best time to pick up modern staples.
