nah, it is a win more card IMO.  it is not like there are a bunch of 1, 2, and 3 drop dragons.  There are a lot of 5 drop and higher......giving those another 4cmc card that boosts them is kind of meh

Does anyone think there might be some open room for a deck that takes advantage of {Bloodsoaked Champion} with the new exploit mechanic and its graveyard recursion? If so, would there be an uptick in price, or is he maxed out due to the highly opened nature of khans?
