Price Jumps and Drops

Has anybody else noticed that frf is roughly 5% more expensive at stores like Target?

I do know wizards raised the price this year a a bunch of things.  Prerelease jumped up $5.

Also 1 lgs is charging $1 for 3 packs.  Their box prices went up too from distributors.

Huh? Why would prices going up mean he's selling 3 packs for one dollar?

Sorry charging $1 more for 3 packs.    Was 3 for $10.  Now 3 for $11

Still a deal as far as I know! My LGS was doing FMN drafts for 10$ for a long time. Thy recently had to knock it to regular price of almost 13$.

I have 2 lgs.  One is 2 miles from my house.  The other is 12 miles. 
The farther one I play prereleases at due to them charging $30 for prerelease, $85 for preorder of box, and if you pay for prerelease you get a free draft release weekend.

The closer one is a friendlier environment and I deliver the mail to the owner.  Also sells packs 3 for $10, fnm draft is $12 and all players decided to take a pack from winnings and everyone gets participation pack. Payouts are like 4,3,2,1. He needs to expand shop cause it's too tight and he's looking a buying a building that's right next to current shop. I told him I'd help he build the inside.  I built 2 tables for warhammer that are at current shop.

Just got 10 foil {cloudform}s based on Destore117's prediction that they are going to jump quite a bit. Hope it pays off! Oh and a couple foil {collateral damage}. What do you guys think about those?
