Well if we go to Zendikar I could see Chandra getting her 5th and hopefully a new Bolas in dragons of Tarkir because it's been way too damn long.
Also {Soulfire Grand Master} is down to 16-17 from its initial 20-25$

I really think foil {cloudform} will be worth money.  That card will see some eternal format play and the foils will be big money IMO.  Maybe not {young pyromancer} big bucks but I think it has potential as one of the expensive uncommons down the road.

There is already a Legacy Cloudnaught deck out there.
