Price would be the only reason why. WoTC may not want to downgrade the $8 common to $0.25, but I am hoping for common, I want at least 9 more.

Sell it'll be a $10-$15 foil not a $17-$20 one stuff like that never retains it's value it just gets lower until it becomes stable I'd say around $13

Most legacy playable/modern playable cards hit their peak after they are no longer printed ie Delver of Secrets. Whether or not it will stay the bomb that it is can be debated though (personally think it's better than Guide). However, could end up an FNM promo though and that could dent its price.

Delver is better and that foil can be picked up for less.  Granted delver is common though....

{Monastery Swiftspear} is slowly becoming a better {Tarmogoyf}. If anyone has been seeing these SCG events, ol' Tarmy has been neutered by {Treasure Cruise} and {Dig Through Time}. When Tarmy hits the board as a 3/2 it's become a pressure blocker. Taylor Swift has become a reactionary destroy creature to apply pressure, and {Young Pyromancer} has made it even more difficult to deal with.

There are probably 10 million+ {Monastery Swiftspear} in circulation then {Tarmogoyf} worldwide. That saying, foils are valuable and non-foil are expandable.

SCG just did a deck tech on an {Artificer's Intuition} deck. Not sure if people will start building it, but I'm going to keep an eye on that card in case it goes up.

Hatch's deck is crazy but not necessarily good crazy. More like over complicated can win but probably won't. Cool that it's different but way to convoluted.
