Some people (myself included) are sticklers for original copies. I would honestly run Torments over the M12s.

No, that's pretty off the wall. Honestly if I wanted flashy foils I'd just grab some Judge Promos, even those are only $15. Some card prices are just unexplainable.

Yeah I'm happy to see my M12 and f&l foils are going up a little. Like I said they've been on the rise for awhile now and I can't see a reprint until maybe mm2. The torment jump is likely a buyout, plus the fact that its an old border, the age of the card/scarcity, and the only version with that art.
Definitely an insane price, maybe it's closer to 100$ idk
