My Speculation:

{Sylvan Caryatid} will fall slightly, but remain in the $10-15 range so long as its in standard
{Goblin Rabblemaster} will fall back to the $10-15 range as people begin to sideboard/mainboard {Drown in Sorrow}, {Anger of the Gods}, {Brimaz, King of Oreskos}, ect.
{Mana Confluence} will likely remain high whilst in standard, but it will come down
{Dig Through Time} over-corrected and spiked, it will probably fall back to $10 or so, and hold some value past rotation, depending upon how the delve draw spells shake out in legacy and modern.

Foil will be the same price. The non-foil Innistrad will go down slightly, and the Regional PTQ version will be $50 or so.

All I know is...my Oloro deck is going to be happy.

Edit: I got my New PTQ structure confused. This is for Regional Pro Tour Qualifiers. So the amount of people that qualify for that is quite a bit lower then a PTQ. Probably about 5,000 or less of these are going to enter circulation in the USA. Prices will probably remain the same for the Innistrad versions, maybe around $120 for this?
