Let's talk finance: (prices from MTGStocks, I think its TCG Mid)

Fetchlands:
highest: {Polluted Delta} at $20.87
lowest: {Windswept Heath} at $15.95
Predictions: fetches will stick in the $22-14 range for the next 2-3 weeks as people collect them for standard, modern, legacy, edh, ect., but as we get to the month-after-release mark we will see prices in the $9-16 range. Why $9-16? It depends on how valuable the other cards in the set are in the long run (for example {Voice of Resurgence} was $50 because there was almost nothing else of value, would have normally been a $15-25 card). It will be interesting to see how the Zendikar ones are effected (my prediction: they will be in either the third set, or Return to Zendikar (which I expect in fall 2016, could be wrong)).

To evaluate them, I am going to post like this (should be interesting to see how it changes over the next few weeks):
Name-Price a Year Ago-Price Three Months Ago-Price Now
{Marsh Flats}-$31.99-$39.90-$31
{Arid Mesa}-$31.16-$42.78-$38.86
{Scalding Tarn}-$52.24-$73.27-$52.12
{Misty Rainforest}-$52.10-$71.68-$54.97
{Verdant Catacombs}-$39-$48.94-$39.49

My questions:
{Mutavault}-not really played outside of standard all that much, just Merfolk if I'm not mistaken. Where does it go from here? I am thinking it bottoms at like $8 and slowly rises to $15ish, but I don't know. Currently $17.75
{Voice of Resurgence}-sees play in Hatebears, Pod and Zoo and in a third (and barely opened) set. I want to say it goes down to $10, but I think $15 is more realistic. Currently at $17.99

How about {grim haruaspex}?

Had a good synergy with him and  {Bloodsoaked Champion} at pre release

I think that's quite reasonable assessments, the mutavaults I reckon will definitely go around 8-9 dollars and probably rise about 15. I'm going to use the window post rotation to get the rest of the shocks I need. They won't be low for a long period and will steadily rise again.
Watch out for the vaults though, they were about 40~ before they got reprinted

Opinions on {Surrak Dragonclaw}?  He is around $10 mid and I can get a playset on eBay for $32.

I think he is a phenomenal 5 drop.  Anyone see him going up it down?

MuggyWuggy

I think he will go up, he's really powerful, just gotta wait for some GPs to prove how strong he is

lotrwk

Down. There won't be too strong of a permission deck in standard, so half his card is null. Giving other creatures trample is nice, but nylea does that, for 1 less mana and 2 less colours. He has flash, so really he's a hard to cast 5 mana 6/6 with flash. He's decent, not 12$ good though

No. {Dissolve} and {Dissipate} (not to mention {Mindswipe}) are still in the format, and not every deck that plays counterspells has to be a permission deck. Outside of that, he is a 5 mana 6/6 with flash and can give the whole team trample, which is more effective than Nylea because she isn't always a creature. He is strong, and I think $10 is a very reasonable price.
