He is conditionally good, not good. Give me some {Farseek}! I dont want to play 4 for ramp

You're complaining about ramp when there's a perfectly good "synergy" in standard. I've seen people get 30+ mana with {Voyaging Satyr} and {Nykthos, Shire to Nyx}. That's 8ish cards four of which are land. I'm not complaining.

This being said {Farseek} would be great, and I hope there's better ramp. But I dare say there's good ramp in standard.

Reprint {elvish archdruid}!  When innistrad through m14 was legal I could consistently ramp to 6 mana turn 3, 10 mana turn 4, etc (solitaring it). Some of the key pieces
Nykthos
Satyr
Archdruid
{elvish mystic}
Etc.

It was one of my favorite standard decks.

Nykthos and Archdruid werent in standard together.

As for the Nykthos thing, it requires you to play a TON of permanents of the same color first, you arent really "ramping" until like turn 4. I want to play control and use Farseek to get perfect mana and mana advantage. Ramp for everyone! Not just devotion! Also there are very few mana outlets that are good. I want a {Craterhoof Behemoth} or something to reward me for the trouble.

{burning-tree emissary} lets you have all the devotion you need on turn 2.

That is not a legit price. The card doesn't really see play anywhere. It will sit there until all the collectors buy what they want and dealers have to lower the prices just to move them.

Avg price on eBay with bids and at least a day left is about 200-250 currently

Not so far fetched.
