Because it is a sealed product that collectors like. Sealed product NEVER goes down unless it is reprinted or the game crashes. The supply is always falling and the collectors are quite demanding.

I'm getting as many as I can tomorrow. Even if khans gets something it's still a good card to use for standard

I'm not convinced. She's good but once she rotates out of standard I don't see her being a dominant modern staple. Don't get me wrong, as predominantly simic player she's on my top 5 list of all time favorite cards. I just don't think that second ability is going to carry her into the echelon of cards like jace and liliana.
