Because she is essentially a one-drop planeswalker. Also, she basically says, "cast me turn 4 (because of a dork) still cast a four drop.....oh, and on turn 5, you 10 mana."

Ok so I just dropped $70 per and bought 3 Foil {nissa, worldwaker}......

Let's see if that was a smart move or not, I can find this post next year or something and see if it was dumb or not.  And shhhh don't tell the misses

Yes she's great I'm not saying otherwise. But she's very overrated. Ppl forget about the fact that she is 5 mana and sure she untaps stuff but by 5 mana control decks will have a D Sphere or a Dissolve waiting. Midrange will have drawn their Downfall or Dreabore and aggro says ok I swing lethal

In a vacuum sure. Any deck she's played in will more than likely have other things besides just her.

Muggy! Shh....It's hard enough to trade her right now, I don't need negative Nancys! But seriously, she is amazing and will be a force in standard. Blue, White and Black can deal with her, but the same can be said for any permanent really, especially planeswalkers. This gal is going to go ham in a Green devo splashing X deck, I am leaning towards GB because then you have {Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth}, {Abrupt Decay}, {Hero's Downfall}, and you can drop {Garruk, Apex Predator} turn 5 if you can simply make land drops and get a dork on the field between turn 1-3 and drop {Nissa, Worldwaker} on turn 4.
