I'd put it at $20-$30

{The Rack} deck in Modern is already competitive and now that deck gets a huge card for it like wowza!!

For 1 playset it is.  It would only be used in 8-rack as far as I can tell, and so it's not going to be worth a ton, unless that deck wins some gps and pts

Which it will the rack deck with that card in it gives you every advantage that you need plus it will be a std deck for 2 months

We play tested the heck out of that card and tbh, it's not as amazing as it seems first glance. The biggest problem is that the mana is often inconsequential, you're running an empty hand. The zombies are nice, but the dig isn't always that great (since you're usually going to just draw more discard spells).The only time it's really amazing is when they're holding cards to avoid rack damage.

Are you a play tester for wizards?

Nah, local group had a person who plays both modern and legacy rack and was playing that the moment it was spoiled.
