Wowowow, who decided to buy it out?! Is it really used that much? I can only think of G/W Hatebears in modern and Maverick and Death and Taxes in Legacy.

And the Hexproof deck that Reid Duke played at the World Championship is most likely the cause for the jump, some dumb people thinking that the deck would be good outside of that metagame bought it out. It will plummet by the time of the next modern GP when people realize that Hexproof won't stay a thing until another perfect time.

As someone who plays the deck, I find it very powerful against several matchups. Like Mr Duke you just have to pick the right meta 😉
Unless they reprint the canopy soon idk how much it will drop.. It's pretty crucial in the deck and an all around great utility land.
