Mana wise, it is far too low.

Monetarily it is far to high for that effect. I'd prefer {Time Vault} if I was to spend silly money.

I do own a revised {Timetwister}, as well as 5 {Tundra} (1 beta), {Underground Sea}, {Scrubland}, 6 {Force of Will} and 2 {Mana Drain}. So when I finally quit, I should get a nice chunk of change.

Indeed. They will not be reprinted by Wizards of the Coast - except in oversized versions - which are not playable in normal formats.
