So my group of buddies are going and I recently built three lists. Tokens, UW Thopter Control, and Faeries. I'm deciding which to run. I'm comfortable with all lists as of now. I enjoy the swarm aspect of tokens, UW control is fun, and Faeries will definitely be unexpected. Problem with tokes is I'm not sure if it's decent in the current meta, problem with UW control is it hasn't put up a good top 8 in any lists I've seen at all on MTG Top 8, problem with Faeries is no one has even thought of playing the deck at a big event. So with these pros and cons, which should I run?

I would say faeries, so long as they can keep up with the current meta. It is kind of a long shot pick, but you have the benefit of people not having sideboards for your deck in particular.
