I'm more of a fuzzies guy myself, two cats and had ferrets. I think I could pass a bearded dragon into the house, but a Tarantula would be greeted with screams of horror. (My wife has arachnophobia).

Nope nope nope. If you like spiders good on yah. But I can't stand the things. Nothing should have that many legs.

Snakes/reptiles are pretty sweet though. Although I could never have one. I hardly remember to feed myself, I don't think I would remember to feed any poor pet I got.... Maybe i could get a dog, they would bother me if I don't feed them... Might remind me to feed myself too.

Snakes can go a month or so without eating, which reminds me, one of mine still needs to eat
