{{Underground Sea}} after rising consistently for months may have finally plateaued. All the other dual lands did so over the past few weeks, but this one just kept going. *sigh* and I need 3 more.

Unless somebody does something big with it and heroic decks soon I think he will even out around 7 or so

7 sounds right, but it depends on what happens with M15, the mechanics, cards, and reprints. Keep in mind this will be a HUGE EDH card, especially with {Mimeoplasm} and {Experiment Kraj} decks.

I think he is a wild card.  Compared to {liliana of the veil}

But he is 2 color and much more limited in deck usage, so not nearly as good as lili.

In Modern, the two decks that could use him usually don't. He is too slow for Gruul Zoo and Naya Big Zoo would rather use  {Elspeth, Knight-Errant} or  {Ajani Vengeant}.
I don't think Legacy Zoo is a thing anymore. I don't really see anyplace for him in Legacy, unless someone innovates something new...
