Drafting and sealed with wastes

if I am drafting oath and zendikar these days and I want to build an eldrazi deck can I get Waste lands from the land station?  The other option is that I must draft lands that produce waste.  ?  I am interested in the rules I. Regards to regular draft and the team sealed competition in Washington     Any advice is appreciated

Draft/ sealed you have to grab wastes when you can.  They are not a basic land type provided by shop.  Wastes are a common slot doubled.  If you are playing a deck that needs them you need to draft them in draft.  They have to be in your pool of cards.
