Watched a guy trade a foil death rite shamen for a play set of mutavaults Friday night....

Would love a foil shaman

Tonight, after making sure my car was safe to drive (had a nail in my tire) I stopped by my LGS and traded for a  {Toxic Deluge} and some random sideboard stuff for modern. Didn't expect many people but I'm glad I stopped by

Of course I have a child! One of the main reasons I wanted to make sure the car was safe I've been driving my car but not with him in it once I discovered the nail on tues, naturally I value his life far above mine to do something like that

He was out getting the car tire fixed and stopped by the LGS. He also works near it and stops in after work every so often. It's not like he sits around at the shop all day. Lol

Well I just assumed he said he was trading before, as we as buying things. Also trading today, I figured he was there a fair amount. And I just figured you guys went to FNM. Forgive me if I'm overstepping, but I was just astonished.

I go to my LGS when i haven't been to work for a while and I'm in there for probably 10 minutes if my kids are not cranky. That's with my complaining wife.

Granted when I'm working I'm around it constantly. That could be a reason as well. Though I don't do much Magic stuff when I'm working. Mostly WHFB.

We don't play FNM or anything. I don't go as often as Noah because it's on the other side of town and I'm rarely over there. We have taken our son a couple times for pop ins and he loves it there. It's not often that we get opportunities to actually play at the shop though!

They're pretty close to where I live, where I work, and the tire place was one street up from them. Plus I'm on winter break I wish I had this kind of time. Moneekah basically answered this already I suppose. Have you picked up anything sweet?

Ended up having to buy a {Lion's Eye Diamond} because it's almost impossible to find someone who will trade one. Haha.

I even pulled cards out of my money decks. Those monsters.

Yeah, those are the kinds of cards people just don't trade :/ ...or even have as trades. But hey, it's a very solid investment

To bad you weren't on here earlier I ended up trading my LED for a RV  {Taiga} and a  {Blood Crypt} from my LGS

I even offered my manager my revised {Underground Sea} for 2x LED's. And that mean man turned it down. I was willing to lose a bit. Haha
