Pendrell mists + war's toll - again no creatures in upkeep unless they don't want to cast any spells main phase, add a prison to make sure they can't attack you

stranglehold + maralen of the mornsong - unless they can kill it they can't draw any more cards for the rest of the game.

confusion in the ranks + norin the wary - steal something every turn

If you were to exchange leveler. Would it entering your opponent's side of the field cause its ability to proc?

I believe it works because both happen simultaneously when it etb so you choose priority

{Leveler} and {Confusion in the Ranks} does not work, I'm afraid. They are both ETB triggers, which are put on the stack at the same time. You control which order, but it's irrelevant. Even if you resolve the confusion trigger first, the ETB trigger of leveler has still already triggered (for you, not your opponent.) You will have no library, and your opponent will have leveler.

Not voluntarily, that I can think of. Your opponent would have to use something like {Gather Specimens}. There are a few cards like that and ways to take a card and have them enter "under YOUR control," but not under your opponent's. so, like I said before, all I can think of is using a {mindslaver} and praying to the gods of magical Christmas land that your opponent has on of these methods in their hand.
