Rather classic combo deck (with little twists).
Needing a good side though, and of course your opinions :)

Could add {tinker}, {teferi's puzzle box}, {scroll rack}, and {memory jar}

Wish i clould afford vintage

It's a deck that monopolizes on you opponent drawing and discarding. Hence wheel + caress.

And for the record, 90% of vintage decks copy and paste the restricted list.

I'm no Vintage player but would {Snapcaster Mage} help with the flashback?

Maybe, but from my experienced with competitive vintage, turns rarely get to 3.
